Number 41: Teamwork

This is the UNITE HERE rally+march from earlier this year. The point of the rally and the march was to advocate womens rights in the workplace. We walked all over Downtown Toronto blocking up traffic and shouting phrases to get our point across. we marched through the Delta Chelsea hotel. My friends were so freaked out, thought we were gonna get arrested.

OK i think this is teamwork because it shows how men and women of all different ages, races, ethnic backgrounds and belief systems can come together to achieve a common goal. Its one of the more beautiful things in life, seeing people work together like this. When you see a march going through and you're in a rush to get to work, you cant seem to appreciate what the people marching are doing. All you can think is "Damn "Femi-nazis," get off the street." But they're fighting for our rights. They're the people who are willing to do something, instead of sitting back and blaming everyone else. so..yeah. TEAMWORK! har har.
